We explored "Home Treatments" using the approach of anthropsophic medicine and the indications given by Dr Rudolf Steiner and Dr Ita Wegman. Anthroposophic medicine is not an alternative medicine but is firmly based in modern Western medical practice. However it sees the human being not just as a machine or physical body but a being of soul and spirit aswell. Too often medical practices are reductive and materialistic not encompassing the whole human being. You will learn about the practical approach to common illnesses and be introduced to practical applications such as compresses in workshop demonstration
